Shipping Information

Currently, orders are only shipped/available to pick up in the United States. All paintings will be ready to ship in 5-7 business days and will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days. Shipping is not included in the price of the product.

Return/Refunds/Replacement Policy

All paintings are final sale. Unfortunately we can not accept any returns for paintings unless the painting is damaged. Customized paintings can not be returned or refunded as they are specially tailored to the customer's liking.

If you would like to replace a damaged painting, please email us immediately within 7-10 days of placing the order with the order number and product name. You can ship the painting(s) back to us within 15 days of placing the order. We will send you a new one after we receive the damaged painting. No refunds will be given under any circumstance. We will not bear the return shipping costs.
